Desktop (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and Android users can open the file directly with no extra steps.

Can my whole team use this at the same time?
VADesk Onboarding stores data in one browser, so it's built for a single primary user — typically the business owner — even if you're delegating client work to a subcontractor. It's not designed for multiple people to log in and edit the same live client list simultaneously. You can move your data between your own devices using backup/restore, but restoring replaces existing data rather than merging it, so it's not a sync tool between multiple users.

Q: Do I need Canva, Notion, or any other software?
A: No — it's a self-contained HTML file. Just open it in your browser. iPhone/iPad users need a free file-viewer app first — see the note above.

Q: Is this a CRM?
A: It's a client tracker and onboarding system — a live pipeline, checklists, and auto-generated documents for every client. It doesn't include invoicing, payment processing, or deal-value reporting, so if you specifically need those, this may not be the right fit.

Q: What files do I get?
