When will my order ship?

Orders go out within 1–2 business days

I use cardboard shipping boxes with bubble wrap, compostable packing peanuts, newsprint, or thin plastic sheeting as needed. Clean packing material is reused when possible.

How long does delivery take?

Transit time is typically 5–10 business days within the US and 4–8 weeks internationally, however sometimes postal system delays can occur, so I appreciate your patience and understanding if there is a delay.

Is delivery date guaranteed?

Expected delivery dates are estimates only, the post office does not guarantee delivery dates

Tracking or delivery concerns

Let me know and I will investigate promptly. Please report any issues within 59 days of shipment, so I can submit a postal claim before the deadline.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, please contact me to initiate a return, and send back within 14 days of delivery. Please pack securely and message me with the tracking information.

Orders marked as gifts will not include a receipt with pricing, however customs forms for international shipments must accurately list the contents and value as required by law.
