🌺 How to Personalise Your Order 🌺

Please select your preferred size and photo option from the drop-down menu, then add the following details into the personalisation box:

The text you would like at the top of the print, for example:
To My Very Special Auntie
The title/name you would like in the centre of the print, for example:
Auntie / Auntie Laura / Sister / Sister-in-Law
The quote or message you would like displayed, for example:
I love you more than words can say, and more than you will ever know.
The names or wording you would like at the bottom of the print, for example:
Love always, Annie
Upload the photos you would like included.
If you are ordering a digital copy, please provide the email address you would like it sent to.

Please ensure all personalisation details are included when placing your order. Missing information may delay your order, but I will always do my best to complete and dispatch it within the advertised timeframe.

🌺 Sizing Options 🌺

Digital Print
Your print will be saved as a high-quality PNG file and can be printed in your chosen size. If you require a specific size, please request this when placing your order. Digital prints are sent within 48 hours.

A4 Print
Approx. 11.7" x 8.3" / 29.7cm x 21cm

A5 Print
Approx. 8.3" x 5.8" / 21cm x 14.8cm

A4 Framed Print
Available in a black, white or wood-effect frame.
Approx. 9.5" x 13" / 24cm x 33cm

🌺 Proof / Draft Before Printing 🌺

Previews are not automatically sent before printing.

If you would like to receive a preview before your order is printed or dispatched, please send me a message via Etsy Messages and I will be happy to send one over for you.

I offer 3 complimentary revisions for spelling corrections or minor adjustments.

Please note: once your personalised image has been created and a preview has been sent, refunds or order cancellations are not available.

🌺 Order Processing Time 🌺

Once your order has been placed and all personalisation details have been received, I will create and dispatch your order within 2 business days.

During busy periods such as Mother’s Day, Christmas and other seasonal occasions, processing times may vary slightly to allow time for each personalised order to be created with care.

If you have requested a preview, I will wait up to 48 hours for your approval before shipping. The quicker you respond, the quicker your order can be dispatched. If I do not hear back within 48 hours, your order will be sent using the preview version provided.

🌺 Delivery Timeframe 🌺

Etsy will provide the most accurate estimated delivery dates at checkout based on my processing times and the delivery service available to your location. Please check this carefully before placing your order, especially if you are an international customer.

UK Orders
Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail 2nd Class are used for UK orders. Estimated delivery is usually 2–3 business days.

Print-only orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Framed orders are sent using a tracked service.

At checkout, you may also be able to select upgraded delivery options, including Royal Mail 1st Class or Special Delivery, where available.

International Orders
Royal Mail International Tracked is used for overseas orders. Delivery times vary by country, so please check the estimated delivery date provided at checkout before completing your purchase.

Tracked Orders
Tracked orders can be followed through the purchases section of your Etsy account or via the dispatch email sent by Etsy. Please keep an eye on your tracking information so that you do not miss your delivery.

If an item is returned to me due to a missed delivery, failed collection or an incorrect address, postage will need to be paid again before the item can be resent.

What paper do you use?
All prints are printed on high-quality 220gsm card.

Does this item include a frame?
Frames are available at an additional cost and can be selected from the size options.

🌺 Returns 🌺

As this is a personalised item, I am unable to offer refunds or returns unless your order arrives damaged or there has been an error on my part.

If your item is incorrect due to an error made by me, a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns once 30 days have passed.

Please check the estimated dispatch time under Deliveries & Policies before placing your order.
