Can I request a custom design?

Yes! Most of my products are fully customizable. Simply send me your reference, color choices, and ideas, and I'll make it happen

Will I receive a preview before final delivery?

Of course! I always send you a sketch or preview for your approval before proceeding to the final stage. You can request edits at this stage

I'm a new streamer, is this asset right for me?

Yes! Whether you're just starting out or already have an established channel, our assets are designed to be easy to integrate and help grow your brand. We'll work with you to meet your skill level and platform requirements

What file formats and sizes will I receive?

- For emotes: high-resolution PNGs (transparent background) in standard sizes (28x28px, 56x56px, 112x112px, 256x256px, 1000x1000px) and/or animated formats upon request - For VTuber/Live2D models: layered files ready for rigging (moc3), and compatible formats per platform

How long does the customization process take?

Delivery time depends on the product and its complexity. VTuber Model packages typically take around 1–2 weeks, Emotes around 3–5 days. After you order and submit your reference, we will provide a timeline

What kinds of streaming assets do you offer?

We offer a full suite of streaming assets — custom Twitch/Discord emotes (static & animated), Live2D VTuber models, PNGTuber avatars, overlays, panels, banners, and complete branding kits for streamers and VTubers
