    I had asked before ordering what the turnaround time would be before shipping and was told 10 days- 2 weeks. It took 4 weeks. I even contacted the shop several times in the meantime but it was as if any helpfulness or friendliness ended the second I actually placed the order. I was even told it had shipped (and was given a tracking number) 5 days before they even shipped it.

    When I finally did get the items, the alignment of one of them was off, but by then was too late to try to get replaced or anything.

    The items I ordered were cute (although I basically designed it myself) but I definitely wouldn’t ever order from this shop again.

    I'm sorry you were unhappy. It's been over a month since you received your item, I wish you would have contacted us directly to let us know you were unhappy when you received it. Please post or message me a picture of the item that was out of alignment, I would appreciate seeing what the problem was. I apologize that your order took longer then expected, but you made several design changes and had us hunting for specific fonts that took a lot of extra time. Usually for a $4 item, we have several fonts to choose from and it's a very quick turnaround. I'm sorry we could not meet your expectations, but I wish you would have let us know you were unhappy when you received it. We have never had a customer leave less then a 4 star review, so have a customer be so unhappy that they leave 1 star is very disheartening.
