When Will I Receive My Order? Can It Arrive By A Certain Date?

Each item is made-to-order. It may take longer to arrive in the weeks leading up to busy holiday periods eg Christmas, Valentines, Mother's and Father's Day. I'm unable to guarantee delivery dates. We work hard to get your items out of the door asap. Shipping delays due to volume, bad weather, or situations are beyond our control. I can't refund if an item does not arrive on an "expected due date". Please check our estimated dates before ordering. I can customize a "your present is on the way" printable gift arrival card. You can email or present in a gift bag and then follow up later with the actual item.

Can I Cancel, Return or Exchange? How About Damaged or Wrong Item?

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Due to the nature of these handmade to order items, I don't accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refund requests. DAMAGED & WRONG ITEM - Take a photograph of the damaged or wrong item showing the design clearly and contact me within 48 hours of receipt. I will send you a free replacement asap. There is no refund. You don't have to return the item. Please message me asap if you have any quality or shipping issues, because I am 100% committed to you being happy. If you don't give me a chance to help, I can't help, and so many issues are solved just by contacting me =)

Important Info About Your Shipping Address

Please triple check your receipt to make sure your shipping address is correct. I am not responsible for lost packages if you input your address incorrectly or have moved. If you have paid using ApplePay, it is likely that it ignores your new shipping address. I will try my best to get the wrong address changed for you. However if it is shipped, I'm sorry I can't offer much help. Please contact USPS for assistance. I do not resend the item again for free if it gets returned to the warehouse, delivered to wrong address or disposed by USPS. If you still want your item, please reorder with the correct address. Due to a rise in package thefts from people's mailboxes and porches, please provide a good address so your order can arrive safely.

My Order Is Marked "Delivered" But I Did Not Receive It!

Please verify your receipt to see if shipping address is correct. Check with family members, neighbors, management office if they are holding your package. Also check back porches, bushes, garage, mail box that may protect package from theft or weather. Packages are many times scanned in advance as delivered. Please wait to see if the package is delivered within the next 2-4 business days. You can ask your local post office for the GPS coordinates to see if it's misdelivered. If you still can't locate, it is likely that your item is stolen. Mail theft is a felony. Please contact USPS Postal Inspector or police to report the mail theft.

International Buyers outside of the US

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.

Mockup approval for customized orders

For SOME customized items, I will state in the listings that you will receive a mockup for approval in the next 24-48 hours. Please check your inbox regularly for my message via Etsy. You have 48 hours to approve the mockup. If you don't respond, I will send you 2-3 reminders. I may send your order without approval if I do not hear back from you in a week. There will be no refund if I have followed your instructions stated in your order.

Custom and personalized orders

I am sorry my production partner does not offer gift wrapping or inclusion of gift cards/notes.

Happy Customer Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order or have any issues, please contact me ASAP before you leave feedback. I will do everything in my power to make things right for you. I love 😍 to have happy customers 😊
