INSTRUCTIONS:
* Please send photos via ETSY messaging.
* PLEASE DO NOT CROP THE PHOTO!!!!!! I will crop the photo and make any adjustments necessary.
* Once the uncropped photo is received, we will send you a sample for approval via Etsy messaging within 24 hours.
* Samples are sent to be sure the order is correct. If you have chosen to go with a personalized message, please be aware that I copy and paste from what you have written, so double check your spelling and punctuation to be sure everything is correct.
* In order to provide the best possible customer service and keep my shop flowing in a timely manner, I must limit the changes and samples per order.
* Processing takes 2 - 4 business days with your shipping date being on that 4th day..
* It is imperative that you check your messages and give us a response on your sample or your order will ship as-is on the scheduled shipping date and no refunds or exchanges will be available.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped First Class through the United State Postal Service. Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3 - 5 days. If you need your order sooner you can upgrade to Express shipping by choosing from the drop-down menu during checkout. Express packages are sent via Fed Ex and require a street address, NO P.O. BOXES.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
While I do not offer refunds, I will gladly exchange an item if I made an error on the item. For example, if you chose a silver setting and I sent gold, the photo was not the photo approved in the sample, or the item arrived broken.
