We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.

All items are made to order for each customer, therefore all sales are FINAL. Exchanges/refunds are only granted if the incorrect item has been sent by the seller or arrives damaged/defective. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

I entered the wrong address for shipping. What do I do?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If you notice an error prior to shipping, reach out to us immediately and we will attempt to correct it. If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to our printing partner and we have no way of recovering them. In some cases, we may be able to reprint and reship your item, however, the buyer is responsible for the full shipping cost on the replacement item. Please message us for more information.

We are not able to offer gift messaging or packaging at this time. My print partner uses a process called direct to garment printing. A specialized inkjet printer applies the ink directly onto the fabric. The ink soaks into the fabric, resulting in a soft, smooth finish that is comfortable to wear; no rubbery feel!
