All order-related inquiries must be sent through Etsy Messages. Please do not contact us via social media for customer service—responses are not monitored or guaranteed.

How long will it take to receive a response?

We typically respond within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

When will my order ship?

• Ready-to-Ship Items: 1–3 business days • Custom Items: 2–7 business days • Pre-Orders: Shipping timelines are noted in the Etsy listing and through social media posts. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, everything will ship together once all items are ready. To receive items sooner, please place separate orders.

How are shipping rates calculated?

All orders ship via USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination. June and July Co is not responsible for USPS delays, returns due to incorrect addresses, or lost/damaged items in transit. You may file a claim through Etsy Purchase Protection if eligible.

What are your business hours?

Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Orders are processed and dropped off daily at USPS by 4:30 PM EST. We do not operate on weekends or holidays.

How can I check the status of my order?

Log into your Etsy account to track your order. • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. • A shipping notification will be sent once the label is printed.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. For any issues (missing, damaged, or incorrect items), contact us via Etsy Messages within 2 days of receiving your order. We cannot assist with claims made outside this window. Replacements will not be issued for items that have been used, show wear and tear, or are damaged due to customer handling.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All items are final sale. This includes: • Custom items (any items made to order) Some Examples are: Apparel, Patches, Bag Charms or Jewelry. • Scheduled or Special Sale Items (Holiday, Weekly or Flash Sales).

Can I cancel my order?

Pre-orders: Cannot be canceled once placed (they are prepared exclusively for each order). • Ready-to-ship items custom or otherwise: Not eligible for cancellation.

Are your designs original?

Yes. All designs are exclusive to June and July Co and may not be reproduced or copied in any form without written permission. Any artist or other collaborations will be noted in the listing. EXAMPLE: “June and July Co and artist, John Smith exclusive collaboration."

I'm a cake decorator, and my husband wanted an Odyssey themed cake for his birthday this year. This Trojan horse worked perfectly for it! I put a small piece of tape over the opening so icing wouldn't get inside.
