WHAT YOU GET — 8 PRINTABLE PAGES

1. ONE-TASK IGNITION SHEET
One task at the top, then five lines that force you to break it into stupid-small steps — each with a fat checkbox. At the bottom, one line names the single step you can do right now. This is the page that gets you moving.

2. FIVE-MINUTE VERSION
One question, one big box: "What would just five minutes of this look like?" When the whole task is too much, you only have to agree to five minutes. Almost always, five minutes is enough to break the freeze.

3. SET UP FIRST
Gather everything before you start — the things you need, the tabs and apps to open, the phone numbers and logins. So once you begin, there is no reason to get up, and no exit for your brain to take.

4. PICK ONE, PARK THE REST
When everything feels urgent at once, this is the page that picks one. Dump it all in the list, then write the single task you are doing now in the box. The rest is still there. It can wait.

5. WAITING ON
