This digital download laser cut file (instant download) is Jimothy the raccoon, the viral little trash panda who is winning hearts by living like no one is watching. Hang this raccoon ornament on the tree as a christmas ornament, or build it as an intarsia ornament where the pieces are puzzled together edge to edge to form the raccoon. The round frame reads Live Like No One Is Watching and Jimothy 2026, with his masked face front and center.

Two ways to build it: a single layer one piece version for a quick cut, or the full intarsia version with 13 pieces plus a backer. Use different woods for the raccoon, his mask, and the frame, or cut it from one wood and stain it your own way.

WELCOME HOME CUSTOM SIGNATURE, SORTED BY WOOD GRAIN
The files are sorted by wood species and the pieces are pre-rotated to follow the grain, so your finished project has a clean, intentional look without you having to rearrange anything in your design software. We do this on every design that uses multiple wood species.

MATERIAL AND THICKNESS
Built for 1/8 inch (3mm) or 1/4 inch (6mm) wood.
Use one thickness of wood or mix the thicknesses for more depth and dimension in the intarsia design.
This one is wood-only, 4 tones carry the contrast, no paint needed.

COMPATIBLE WITH MOST LASER CUTTERS
Compatible with xTool, OMTech, Thunder, Aeon, Trotec, and other CO2 and diode lasers.

I reached out to help you with no reply. The file works as intended with a single line file used as the 1st layer as well as the pieces divided for you, both with kerf and no kerf offset and sorted by wood grain. I developed a course Designing for Lasers that teaches how to manipulate simple files like this one. I would have been happy to help walk you through whatever you were trying to do 🫠🫶🏼
