It is rare but it does happen. When we pack your item we use a lot of packing material. If you do not opt to purchase insurance then you are assuming all responsibility for damage in shipping.

We ship USPS and can add insurance for an additional fee, we do recommend insurance on some of the breakable items that are more valuable. Please let us know prior to making your purchase if you would like to add insurance.

We are happy to combine shipping costs if you are buying multiple items, just let us know before you submit your order and we will calculate shipping.

As with the nature of any vintage item, there may be signs of past use or wear. We do our best to list any imperfections in an individual item's listing details, but please keep in mind that the majority of what we sell has been previously owned and used.
We do our best to thoroughly inspect, research, and accurately represent our vintage items, but in some cases, the information we provide about an item's age or origin cannot be guaranteed.
We often send purchases in boxes that have been previously used. We promise they are clean and your new treasures will be wrapped safely inside.
