Where do I find my files after I buy?

On Etsy, go to You, then Purchases and reviews, and click Download files next to your order. Etsy also emails you a download link. You can download the files again at any time.

Can I download on my phone?

Some files will not open in the Etsy app. If Download files does not appear, open Etsy in a web browser, ideally on a computer, and download from there. Spreadsheets, Canva templates and printables are easiest to set up on a computer.

What file formats will I get?

Each listing has a What you get list that names every file. Depending on the product: PDF for printables and guides, an Excel workbook (.xlsx), a PDF with a Google Sheets or Canva link, MP4 video for stream backgrounds, and SVG, DXF and PNG for cut files. Some products come as a zip with a separate start-here file.

No, unless the listing says so. The Canva templates are built for a free Canva account. You get a PDF with a link that opens your own copy of the template, ready to edit.

Does it work in Google Sheets or Excel?

The listing title and What you get list say which apps each spreadsheet supports. Where a Google Sheets edition is included, the PDF in your download has a link: open it and choose Make a copy. Excel users open the workbook file.

What paper sizes are the printables?

Most printables come in both A4 and US Letter, and each listing names its sizes. Print at Actual size or 100% scale for the cleanest result, at home or at a print shop.

Can I change the text, colours and details?

Canva templates, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Excel files are editable, as the listing describes. Printable PDFs are print-and-write pages unless the listing says they are fillable.

How do made-to-order wedding pieces work?

After you buy, follow the steps in start-here.pdf to send your details. Turnaround is 3-5 business days from when I receive them, and one revision round is included. Extra revision rounds are A$9.95 per round, bought as a separate listing or variation.

This is an instant digital download, so refunds and exchanges are not available once the files are delivered. If a file is faulty, will not open or is missing something shown in the listing, message me and I will fix it or send a replacement. This does not limit your rights under Etsy's Purchase Protection or Australian Consumer Law.

What can I use the files for?

Most files are for personal use in your own home, event or classroom. Business templates are for your own business, and cut files allow you to sell the physical pieces you make. Stream backgrounds are for your own channels. Please do not resell, share or upload the digital files anywhere. Each listing's description gives the exact terms for that product.

FAQ
Q: The listing video looks like it stutters. Is the file broken?
A: Etsy's preview player can hitch at the loop point. The MP4 you download is built as a loop. Add it as a Media Source and tick Loop.

Q: Where is my file?
A: Etsy -> You -> Purchases. Instant digital download. Use a browser if the mobile app does not show the file. Nothing physical ships.

Q: Do I need a green screen?
A: Only if you want the loop behind you in camera. For Starting Soon / BRB / Offline screens, just play the MP4 as the scene. For facecam, put the Media Source under a keyed webcam.

Q: Can I use this on a monetized stream?
A: Yes. Personal and commercial streaming and VODs are included. Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw video.

Q: Is there audio?
A: No. Add your own music or sit with chat.
