A ivory ground worked in a fine diamond trellis — thin crossing lines drawn low across the surface, open and even, with a raw, grassland texture underfoot.
Hand-carded as a flatweave in natural wool, the trellis lines are worked in relief against the flatter ground so the pattern comes from texture, not dye. Specialist-washed for a soft hand, ivory moving between its own natural tones as the light crosses it. Flat, tight and hardwearing, made for years of real use.
Woven to order in your choice of size and colour, direct from our workshops — about three to four weeks, priced honestly because it comes straight from the makers.
Works with: oak and pale ash floors, cream and oatmeal upholstery, warm-white walls, and brass.
