UNDER THE FERNS

There is something quietly magical about the world beneath a woodland canopy—mushrooms tucked among unfurling ferns, fallen leaves, and all the small details we might miss if we move too quickly. Under the Ferns celebrates that hidden landscape, wrapping an everyday vessel in the textures and rhythms of the forest floor.

Finely detailed mushrooms, ferns, leaves, and organic textures travel around the surface of this generously sized handmade ceramic mug. A beautifully varied palette of warm chai and soft cream drifts into toasted earth tones, breaking naturally across the textured surface and giving the imagery the character of an old botanical illustration.

The handle continues the organic texture of the vessel, while the softly glazed cream interior offers a quiet contrast to the richly detailed exterior. Turn the mug over and you'll find one final woodland detail—a mushroom impression finished into the underside.
