How do I download my files?

After you complete your purchase, Etsy shows a download button on the confirmation page. You can also find your files any time under "Purchases and reviews" in your Etsy account. The mobile app has a downloads section too, though it's often easier to log in on a browser.

What format are the files in?

Wall art arrives as high-resolution JPEGs, delivered as zip files grouped by print ratio, each with a How-to-Print guide inside. A few listings also include a CMYK PDF for professional print labs. If you need something specific, like a different ratio or a different file type, message me and I'll see what I can do.

Yes. Most wall art listings include five print ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14, and ISO A-series) plus a How-to-Print guide, so you can print at home or send the files to any print shop. A few listings ship a different mix, so the INCLUDED FILES list on each listing is the one to go by. Commercial reproduction or resale isn't included.

Is this AI-generated?

Yes, and I'd rather be plain about it. The wall art is made with AI-assisted digital illustration, art-directed carefully to match a specific visual language: soft light, matte textures, cozy scenes. Each piece is then refined, color-corrected, and print-prepared before it's listed. If you have questions about a specific print, I'm happy to tell you more about how it was made.

Do you do custom orders?

Custom requests are handled by message. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll let you know honestly whether I can take it on.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital downloads can't be returned the usual way, but if something went wrong with your purchase, like a corrupted file or an unexpected format issue, message me and we'll sort it out. I want you to end up with something that actually works on your wall.

What if my download isn't showing up?

Check your Etsy account under "Purchases and reviews," since the download link lives there rather than in an email. If you're logged into the right account and it's still not there, message me with your order number and I'll help you find it.

Do you sell phone wallpaper?

My 50 squirrel illustrations bundle includes a 9:16 file set (1080 by 1920 pixels) sized for phone wallpapers, for personal use. The listing description says what is included.

Can I cancel an order?

Because everything is an instant digital download, orders can't be cancelled once the files are delivered. If something went wrong with your purchase, message me and we'll sort it out.

FILES AND LICENSE
You receive 5 ZIP files, one per ratio. Files are for personal use. Print as many copies as you like for your own home or to give as a gift. Resale, redistribution and commercial use are not included.

AFTER YOU BUY
The files are ready straight away. Etsy puts them on your Downloads page and emails you a link, so nothing waits on a maker. Download on a laptop if you can. Phones and tablets can open a ZIP, but a computer makes it easier to get the file to a printer.
