Two things go wrong in travel planning, and both cost real money.

The first is a passport. Many countries want it valid for a set period after you get

Entry rules, visa requirements, passport validity rules and health requirements
differ by country, by nationality and by route, and they change often. The workbook
counts the days for you — it cannot know what any particular country requires.
Always check the official government source for your own nationality and destination
before you book, and again before you travel.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

▸ The passport question, answered
Enter each document's expiry date and pick the trip. The workbook works out how
many days it is still valid AFTER your return date — the number that actually
matters — and flags anything that expires before you get home.

▸ Balance due countdowns on every booking
Total, deposit paid, balance left, and the date it is due. The dashboard shows
anything due within three weeks and anything already overdue.

▸ Plan several trips at once
Not one trip per file. Add every trip — booked, half-planned, or still a daydream —
and the dashboard tells you which one needs attention today.

▸ The itinerary fills its own dates
Pick a trip, type day 1, day 2, day 3, and the dates and weekdays appear. Change
the trip dates and everything moves with them.

▸ Planned against actual, by category
Seventeen budget categories including the emergency buffer line most people skip
and then need. Over-budget lines colour themselves red.

SIX HONEST TRUTHS

Book the fixed things first. Check your passport before you book, not after.
Deposits have balance dates. Underestimate what you can do in a day — two things,
three at most, and leave one afternoon completely empty. Food is always more than you
budgeted; add a third. Write the review before you unpack.
