Teeny tiny natural, unpolished Quartz Crystals
for jewelry making, wands, new age healing, energy work.

These are VERY VERY TINY crystals. Grade A, very nice clarity and points on these crystals.

These are NOT drilled.

NOTES (please read):

- You will receive a random pull of crystals from the bag, of the same size as the ones pictured here. The photos are intended to give an idea of the size, appearance and the quality of the crystals.

- These quartz crystal points are grade A- to B-. These are natural raw (rough) quartz crystals with naturally faceted points, not cut or polished.

- These clear quartz crystals are sometimes called "jewelry points" because they are the ideal size for jewelry (small ones are great for earrings!). The rough, sometimes twisted ends are suitable for wire wrapping or placing into wands.

- These small crystals are the perfect size for carrying in your pocket, mojo bag, etc. These quartz crystals are also ideal for crystal grids, orgonite and orgone crystals or pyramids, candles, elixirs, tinctures, oils, baths, new age healing, reiki, chakra mediation, magick, or energy work, crystal crafts, polymer clay creations, and more.

- These crystals come from a Brazilian mine and include some beautiful specimens. Bulk lots may include Lemurian seed crystals, record keeper, key crystals, channeling, window, transmitter, and generator crystals, and crystals that are naturally tinted red, pink, yellow, or orange with mineral or gaseous inclusions. We have, on rare occasion, found tiny enhydro crystals with moving bubbles (!!).

- Overall, the smaller crystals have overall better clarity and quality than the larger ones.

QUARTZ CRYSTAL FOLKLORE:

Quartz, also known as rock crystal, is one of Earth's most common minerals.

Scientifically, quartz is a silicon dioxide that possesses "piezo-electric" properties. That is, when subjected to heat or pressure (such as holding it in your hand), it converts physical energy into electrical energy, or vice-versa. The polarity of the crystal will also change - the point, normally positively charged and receiving energy, will become negatively charged and emit energy. Because of these properties, quartz crystals are able to store, regulate, release and amplify energy.

Quartz has been used for centuries in numerous cultures for healing, energizing, protection, enlightenment and communication with the Great Spirit. Ancients thought it to be solidified water, and so used it in ceremonies involving water and rain.

For Native Americans, it was symbolic of Spirit and treated with respect. Crystals have been found on Native American ceremonial wands in Southern California.

Contemporary Wiccans often wear quartz crystals with silver during ritual, or place crystals on the altar, given its strong association with the Goddess.
