Can every detail be customised?

Yes — names, wording, colours and the design direction can be personalised. Share your monogram, venue photo or references and we will confirm what suits the chosen product. Standard printing is included in the listed package. Foil, embossing, debossing, specialist papers, unusual sizes and other finishes need a separate quote and availability check. Nothing is printed until you approve the final digital proof.

Do you ship internationally?

We welcome international orders. Please send your delivery country, postcode and event date before ordering so we can confirm whether we can ship your chosen product there, the available service and estimated timing. Postage is shown at checkout. Match-containing products can have carrier and destination restrictions; availability must be checked before payment. Production time and delivery time are separate.

What is your usual turnaround time?

Allow 1–2 weeks for standard production after you approve the final design proof, plus the delivery estimate for your destination. Design discussions, quantities and specialist finishes may affect the schedule. If you need an earlier date, message us before ordering: we will check availability and agree any express service and extra cost in writing. Please do not assume a one-week or next-day arrival without confirmation.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Personalised orders are made to your design, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please check every printed side, name, date and spelling before approving your proof. If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours of purchase under our current cancellation policy. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items are not excluded from the remedies required by law or Etsy protections. Non-personalised goods retain any applicable cancellation rights. If there is a problem, please message us through Etsy so we can help.

Our standard formats are: • Cocktail napkins: 3-ply tissue, 25 × 25 cm open / 12.5 × 12.5 cm folded. • Coasters: 94 mm round or 94 × 94 mm rounded square, approximately 1.2 mm pulpboard (see your listing). • Menus: DL 99 × 210 mm, 350 gsm; layered sets use a 350 gsm backing and 300 gsm front panel. • Place cards: 90 × 45 mm folded, 350 gsm. • Invitation suites: A6 invitation, A7 RSVP and A6 details card on 350 gsm, with plain C6 and C7 envelopes. • Signs: A2 or 600 × 900 mm, 5 mm rigid PVC foam board. Alternative sizes, materials and specialist finishes need a separate quote. The selected listing and approved proof define your order.

How do pack quantities and personalisation work?

Choose the pack size shown in your listing. One pack contains the stated number of pieces or complete sets; Etsy’s separate Quantity control multiplies the number of packs. Add the requested names, wording and colours, and send artwork through Etsy Messages. For personalised items, we send a digital proof before printing. Please check every name, date, spelling and printed side, then approve the final layout. If you need a different quantity or finish, message us before ordering for a separate quote.
