A: Yes. Change the scope unit to fixtures, add the trades you use, and price the fixtures as materials.

Q: How do I handle a service contract?
A: Quote one visit and multiply. The per-visit margin is what decides whether the contract is worth having.

Q: Does this work in Excel and Google Sheets?
A: Both. Google Sheets: File > Import, or open and make a copy. Excel 365: open it directly. No macros, no add-ons, nothing to install.

Q: What is the service tier for?
A: It scales labor hours for work that is harder than routine. Standard is 1.0, Complex 1.15, Premium 1.30. Enter the hours a routine job would take and let the tier do the multiplying.
