A: Yes. Quote one visit and multiply by the visits in the plan. The per-visit margin decides whether the plan is worth selling.

Q: How do I handle emergency calls?
A: Small scope, emergency add-on applied. A service call priced from an install quote always loses money.

Q: Does this work in Excel and Google Sheets?
A: Both. Google Sheets: File > Import, or open and make a copy. Excel 365: open it directly. No macros, no add-ons, nothing to install.

Q: What is the service tier for?
A: It scales labor hours for work that is harder than routine. Standard is 1.0, Complex 1.15, Premium 1.30. Enter the hours a routine job would take and let the tier do the multiplying.
