Do you accept custom or personalised orders?

At the moment, we don't offer custom or personalised versions of our templates. Our focus is on creating polished tools that work for as many businesses as possible. If you have a feature suggestion, we'd love to hear it—we regularly use customer feedback to improve future updates.

How do I receive my files?

All of our products are digital downloads. Once your payment is complete, Etsy will make your files available instantly from your Purchases & Reviews page. You'll also receive an email from Etsy with a download link.

Do your templates work with Google Sheets?

Yes. Where stated in the listing, both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets versions are included. Please check the individual listing for compatibility before purchasing.

Do you offer support if I need help?

Absolutely. If you have any questions about using one of our templates or run into any issues, simply send us a message through Etsy. We're happy to help.

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally can't accept returns or offer refunds once files have been downloaded. If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us—we'll always do our best to resolve it.

Will I receive future updates?

Q: Does it cover flat roofing?
A: Yes. Change the materials to your membrane system and keep the staging and disposal logic — those are the same on any roof.

Q: How do I quote repairs rather than a full roof?
A: As a small job with a Standard tier. Repairs are mostly access and diagnosis, so make sure the lift or staging is priced in.

Q: Does this work in Excel and Google Sheets?
A: Both. Google Sheets: File > Import, or open and make a copy. Excel 365: open it directly. No macros, no add-ons, nothing to install.

Q: What is the service tier for?
A: It scales labor hours for work that is harder than routine. Standard is 1.0, Complex 1.15, Premium 1.30. Enter the hours a routine job would take and let the tier do the multiplying.

Q: I'm not confident with spreadsheets. Will I manage?
A: Yes. The white cells are the only ones you touch. The Quick-Start Guide has your first real number on screen in about five minutes, and if you get stuck, message me.
