HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Rate Card. Enter your all-in hourly cost per role — wage plus payroll burden, insurance and paid time off. Not the rate you bill.
2. Open Settings. Set your overhead percentage and the gross margin you want every job to earn.
3. Open Job Quote. Name the job and enter its size in square feet, rooms or units.

FAQ

Q: Does this work in Excel and Google Sheets?
A: Both. Google Sheets: File > Import, or open and make a copy. Excel 365: open it directly. No macros, no add-ons, nothing to install.

Q: Does it quote per square foot or per job?
A: Per job, built from the hours the job takes. Enter the size so you can see your cost and price per square foot on the dashboard and sanity-check against your usual rate.

Q: What is the service tier for?
A: It scales labor hours for jobs that are harder than routine. Standard is 1.0, Complex 1.15, Premium 1.30. Enter the hours a routine clean would take and let the tier do the multiplying.

Q: How should I handle recurring contracts?
A: Quote one visit, then multiply. The per-visit margin is what determines whether the contract is worth holding.

Q: I'm not confident with spreadsheets. Will I manage?
A: Yes. The white cells are the only ones you touch. The Quick-Start Guide has your first real number on screen in about five minutes, and if you get stuck, message me.
