HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Rate Card. Enter your all-in hourly cost per role — wage plus payroll burden. Not the rate you bill. If you are the only technician, enter what you need to earn per hour.
2. Open Settings. Set your overhead percentage and the gross margin you want every job to earn.
3. Open Job Quote. Name the job and enter the vehicle size in panels or your own unit.

FAQ

Q: Does this work in Excel and Google Sheets?
A: Both. Google Sheets: File > Import, or open and make a copy. Excel 365: open it directly. No macros, no add-ons, nothing to install.

Q: Can I use it to build fixed packages?
A: Yes, and that is the best use of it. Price your three packages properly once, then quote from them with confidence instead of guessing.

Q: What is the service tier for?
A: It scales labor hours. Standard is 1.0, Complex 1.15, Premium 1.30. Enter the hours a maintenance detail would take and let the tier do the multiplying for correction work.

Q: How do I cost ceramic coating properly?
A: As a material line, in bottles per job. Enter the bottle price and how much of it the vehicle consumes. It is usually the single largest product cost on the job.

Q: I'm not confident with spreadsheets. Will I manage?
A: Yes. The white cells are the only ones you touch. The Quick-Start Guide has your first real number on screen in about five minutes, and if you get stuck, message me.
