HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Cash Flow. Enter the cash you can actually draw on today — not invoiced, not committed, available.
2. Set your alert threshold: the balance below which you cannot operate.
3. Under Money in, enter each source with the amount and the months it runs for. A one-off uses the same number twice.

Q: Can I model more than one enterprise?
A: Yes. Enter each as its own income row with its own months, and the costs likewise. The forecast sums whatever is active.

Q: How do I handle stored crop sold across several months?
A: One row per sale month. Splitting it that way is the point — it shows the cash effect of holding stock.

Q: Does this work in Excel and Google Sheets?
A: Both. Google Sheets: File > Import, or open and make a copy. Excel 365: open it directly. No macros, no add-ons, nothing to install.

Q: How do I enter something that happens once?
A: Put the same month number in the From and To columns.

Q: I'm not confident with spreadsheets. Will I manage?
