HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Rate Card. Enter your all-in hourly cost per role — wage plus payroll burden, not the rate you bill.
2. Open Settings. Set your overhead percentage and the profit margin you want every move to earn.
3. Open Move Quote. Name the move, enter the scope size, and pick a service tier.

Q: Can I quote office moves with it?
A: Yes. Add the roles you use, change the scope unit to workstations, and price crates as materials.

Q: How do I price insurance coverage?
A: As a material line at the premium you pay. It is a cost of the job, and the margin solver will carry your margin on it.

Q: Does this work in Excel and Google Sheets?
A: Both. Google Sheets: File > Import, or open and make a copy. Excel 365: open it directly. No macros, no add-ons, nothing to install.

Q: What is the service tier for?
A: It scales labor hours for work that is harder than routine. Standard is 1.0, Complex 1.15, Premium 1.30. Enter the hours a routine move would take and let the tier do the multiplying.
