The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We understand it is difficult to purchase accessories and clothing online, so please feel free to contact us and ask any questions you may have before purchasing.

Order cancelations must be received within 6 hours of your purchase in order to receive a full refund.

We will happily accept an exchange for a different size or style if you need something different. All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your product. Return shipping cost on all returns and exchanges is always the responsibility of the customer.

For straight returns where no exchange is requested, a 20% restocking fee will apply (you will be refunded 80% of of your order). Returns must be postmarked for return within 7 days of receiving your product. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If an error was detected on our part, returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. All returns must be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund. Custom made orders are non-returnable.

All items returned must remain unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Shipping policies

All US orders ship USPS First Class mail. Typical shipping time is roughly 7 days, although we cannot guarantee unless shipping upgrades are purchased. If you need a rush order please contact us before placing your order.

Please give us 2-3 days to reply to all messages and inquiries.


Almost all items have detailed measurements in there descriptions. Please message us with specific questions.
Colors will vary slightly from dye lots of our fabrics. If you have a specific request or need to match a certain color PLEASE message us prior to ordering. For example, there are many tones of "Ivory" and we cannot guarantee your "ivory" will match ours but we will give you our honest opinion if you send us a photo of your dress. If ordering multiple dresses for the same wedding or event, order together or leave us a note at checkout stating "FOR MARY SMITH WEDDING" so that we can make sure your dresses are all from the same dye lot. We are not responsible for orders that do not match if order is not placed together.
International orders are shipped via USPS and will be forwarded to your countries post office. Certain countries will not provide tracking after it has left the US. Please allow ample time for orders placed outside of the USA. Please contact your post office for further information regarding tracking once it arrives in your country. If you would like an item shipped to a country not listed, please contact us. We can likely do it! Please note, customers are responsible for any import fees upon entry to your country.
