Is anything shipped to me?

No. Every product currently in the shop is digital. Printable products arrive as PDF files; browser-based tools include a START HERE PDF with the access link and setup instructions. Nothing physical will be posted to you.

How do I download my Etsy purchase?

After Etsy confirms payment, sign in to Etsy using a web browser, open Your account → Purchases, and select Download Files. Digital files cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your receipt email.

Can I use these on my phone or tablet?

Printable PDFs can be opened on devices with a PDF reader and printed when needed. Browser-based products include device guidance in the listing and START HERE file. Please check the individual listing because features and recommended screen sizes vary.

Can you personalize a planner or tracker?

Yes. Send me an Etsy message before ordering with the product, colors, wording, page size, and routine changes you need. I’ll confirm what is possible, the price, and the delivery time before creating a custom order.

What sizes and file types are included?

Each listing states the exact page sizes and files included. Please check the listing before purchasing. If you need another size or format, message me first to ask whether a personalized version is possible.

What if I have trouble with a file or access link?

Message me through Etsy with the product name, what happened, and the device or browser you are using. Screenshots are helpful when possible. I’ll help you find the file, open the link, or work through the setup steps.
