Right of Withdrawal & Store Terms (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU)

Seller: FlipCards Studio, Sławomir Plamowski, Wrocław, Poland. Contact: via Etsy Messages or slawek@flipcards.pl.

1. Digital content — important notice. All products in this shop are digital content delivered by instant download (not on a tangible medium). By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in Poland: art. 38 pkt 13 of the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014). For this reason, completed digital purchases are not returnable.

2. Right of withdrawal (where applicable). If the exception above does not apply to your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise it, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via Etsy Messages or e-mail) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. In case of valid withdrawal, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed, using the same means of payment you used.

3. Model withdrawal form. (Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
