Which sizes are available?

Prints are available in several standard sizes, including 21 x 30 cm, 30 x 40 cm, 40 x 50 cm, 50 x 70 cm and 70 x 100 cm. Custom sizes may also be available, depending on the requested dimensions and product type. Please contact me before purchasing so I can confirm feasibility and pricing.

Is framing included with the print?

Framing is included only when you select a framed option, where available. Canvas and unframed art print options are supplied without decorative framing. Room mockups show how the artwork may look in an interior. Furniture, accessories and other decorative items shown in those images are not included.

What is the difference between an art print, a canvas print and a framed print?

A paper art print is supplied without a frame unless the product description states otherwise. A canvas print has a textured, gallery-style surface and is supplied according to the selected product option. A framed print is supplied with its frame and arrives ready to display. Please check the available product options and description before ordering.

Will the printed colors look exactly like the colors on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly because monitors, smartphones and tablets use different brightness, contrast and color settings. Paper, canvas and other print media also absorb and reflect color differently. Every print is prepared with care to achieve a balanced result that remains faithful to the artwork.

Do room mockups show the exact product?

Room mockups are illustrative and help show the artwork in an interior setting. The apparent scale, proportions, colors and accessories may differ from the final product. For exact information, always refer to the dimensions, options, photographs and description on the product page.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes. Depending on the project, I can assess custom sizes, personalized artwork and prints created from a customer's image or idea. Please contact me before purchasing with the requested size, product type and any reference material. I will confirm feasibility, timing and price before the order is placed.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the package, shipping label and damaged item. I will review the information promptly and help find an appropriate solution in accordance with the order details and applicable consumer rights.

Can I send the order as a gift?

Yes. Tramapura prints make thoughtful gifts for a new home, birthday, wedding or other special occasion. If you would like the order sent directly to the recipient, enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout and contact me before purchasing if you have a special request.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact me as soon as possible. If production or shipping has not started, I will do my best to accommodate the request. Once a made-to-order or personalized item has entered production, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible, subject to applicable consumer law.

Can colors and materials differ from the images?

Yes. Colors shown on screen may vary slightly because monitors, smartphones and tablets use different calibration, brightness and display settings. The selected print medium, such as photo paper or canvas, may also affect color rendering, intensity and nuances. For canvas prints, the inner frame is made from natural wood and may show visible grain, wood knots or small irregularities, especially on the back. These natural characteristics are not defects unless they affect the product's stability or function.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT - CHOOSE THE MEDIUM BEFORE ADDING TO CART

At the heart of “Soft Focus Portrait” is a figure with a strong expressive presence, treated as the beginning of a narrative rather than a simple subject. The balance between focal detail and open space gives the piece presence and invites a longer look.

Tones of olive green, beige, black and red set the mood, moving between stronger accents and softer transitions. This chromatic rhythm gives the composition depth without sacrificing clarity.

Designed to live in a living room, the artwork adds a lively and individual character and can stand alone or anchor a carefully arranged gallery wall.

QUICK ORDER GUIDE
1. Size (menu “Formato”): choose the dimensions you need.
2. Product and frame (menu “Prodotto e cornice”): select one of the Italian options shown by Etsy: “Tela” (canvas), “Stampa senza cornice” (unframed print), “Cornice nera” (black frame), “Cornice bianca” (white frame), “Cornice rovere” (oak frame), “Cornice betulla” (birch frame), or “Cornice noce” (walnut frame).
3. Finish (menu “Finitura”): “Con passepartout” means a visible mat, “Immagine intera” means a full-surface image, and “Bordo bianco” means a digitally created white border.

Available combinations:
• Canvas: “Immagine intera” only.
• Unframed print: “Immagine intera” or “Bordo bianco”.
• Any framed option: “Con passepartout” or “Immagine intera”.

Incompatible combinations are disabled. Etsy keeps the variation labels in Italian; the explanations above provide their exact meaning.

FRAME, MAT AND HANGING HOOK INCLUDED

FRAMED PRINT
The frame, made with high-quality materials and finishes, is already included in the price. It is not a basic accessory, but a well-crafted furnishing element of genuine value, selected to protect and enhance the print. A mat is always included as well.

The mat is always included in the framed-print price. Under Finish (“Finitura”), choose “Con passepartout” to display it around the image, or “Immagine intera” to fill the frame opening without a visible mat. With “Immagine intera”, I will adapt the composition to the selected size and place the mat behind the print so that you can keep it for future use.

UNFRAMED PRINT
Under Product and frame (“Prodotto e cornice”), choose “Stampa senza cornice”. Under Finish (“Finitura”), choose “Bordo bianco” for a white margin added digitally to the print file; it is not a physical mat. Choose “Immagine intera” to fill the print surface without a white border. I will adapt the composition to the selected size and option.

CANVAS PRINT
Every canvas includes a hanging hook in the price. It is supplied separately and is not pre-installed, so you can fit it or hang the canvas directly from its inner stretcher frame.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON COLOURS, MATERIALS AND NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS

The images represent the product as accurately as possible. Colours and shades may nevertheless vary slightly because of screen settings, print medium and finish. Paper and canvas absorb and reflect colour differently; room mockups remain illustrative.

For canvas prints, the inner stretcher is made from natural wood and may show grain, knots, slight irregularities or small colour variations, particularly on the back and other non-visible areas. These natural characteristics are not defects unless they affect the product's stability, function or front-facing appearance.

Every item is inspected before packing. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges these normal and limited colour and material variations, without prejudice to any rights provided by applicable law for damaged, non-conforming or defective products.

MATERIALS AND DEPTH
• Print only: premium matte uncoated paper, 200 g/m².
• Canvas: an inner solid-wood stretcher approximately 32 mm deep. This approximate depth applies only to the canvas version.
