FILLABLE, PROPERLY
The PDF contains 1,274 real form fields. Open it in any free PDF reader on a computer or a phone, click a box, type, save it, and print it filled. No account, no editor subscription, no software to install. Leave the fields empty and it prints as a clean handwrite copy for the glovebox or the counter. Fields sit inside the printable margin, and page one carries a 25 mm / 100 mm calibration bar so you can check your printer is at 100 percent before you run a stack.

WHY IT IS NOT ANOTHER AMERICAN TEMPLATE
Most car dealer sales forms sold online are US paperwork: sold as is with no warranty, notary blocks, DMV wording. Sell to a private UK consumer and that clause is worthless. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives a short term right to reject in the first 30 days, and for the first six months a fault is presumed to have been there at sale unless you can show otherwise. You cannot contract out of it.

So this pack splits the paperwork the way it should be split. The retail invoice records what you actually disclosed at the point of sale, advisories, known faults, mileage source and reading, and what warranty was offered, instead of pretending to exclude liability you cannot exclude. A separate trade to trade invoice carries sold as seen wording, where it genuinely does apply.

It also follows the HMRC VAT Margin Scheme approach for second hand vehicles. The retail invoice carries a margin scheme reference and deliberately does not show VAT as a separate figure, because showing it invalidates the scheme. The stock book records purchase price, preparation cost and sale price per vehicle, the figures a dealer is expected to keep.
