I love this gift and the photo of the loved one I’m gifting this for came out beautifully!!! I know they will love it!! My only issue and why I gave 4 stars is because there is no groove in the wooden base where the LED light is at to keep the crystal in place. After googling I found out that there should be one and in the video it shows the hand of the person tilting the product and it not falling at all whereas the one I have will break easily. Thats my only dilemma.
