🎨 CRAFTED WITH CARE
Every piece is 3D printed in PLA right here in our shop, which makes each one a tiny bit unique. You might spot faint layer lines, a little texture, or small surface quirks. That's the handmade charm showing through, and it never gets in the way of the fun at the table.

🧼 CARE AND MAINTENANCE
PLA doesn't like high heat, and neither do we! Too much heat can soften or warp your pieces. To keep them looking their best:
● Keep them out of long stretches of direct sun and high heat
● Never leave them in a hot car
● Skip the dishwasher and hot water. A quick wipe with a damp cloth is all they need

Q: What is it made of?
A: PLA, a plant-based plastic, 3D printed in our Texas workshop. PLA holds detail beautifully and takes color well.

Q: Can I get a color that is not listed?
A: Yes. Use the personalization box at checkout and describe what you want. We print to order, so most requests are easy. If a color is not possible, we will message you before we print.

Q: Will mine look exactly like the photo?
A: Very close. We print every piece individually, so you may see subtle layer lines or slight texture variation. That is the craft showing, and it never affects how the tracker works.

Q: Does the slider come loose?
A: No. It is a dovetail slider held at the sides, so there are no loose pieces, and it never rubs on your mat.

Q: Can you make a custom design for my group?
A: We love this question. Message us with what you have in mind, and we will talk through ideas.

These Mah Jongg Charleston trackers are even nicer than I anticipated. They are not flimsy at all, and the "tracker" square that slides across is anchored (for lack of better descriptor) on the ends so it does not slide off and get lost. Quality construction and materials. I already bought 2 in different colors (to go with various tablescapes) and I might add more in different combination colors.
