Was the best invitation! Very cleverly done and a hit with kids and parents alike! Communication and turnaround time excellent. Highly recommended.

Not a pleasant transaction, do not recommend.

Buyer has purchased and already downloaded instantly all the printables as described on the listing.
It's PERSONAL USE and due to the nature of digital files there are no refunds
After nearly 1 month buyer wanted a commercial use permission from me that she says her print service needed.
I can't give permission for a commercial use.
I tried to help and suggest to buyer that if she can find another print service to stamp the printables
After she made reclaim on PayPal and open a case on Etsy about that she didn't get what the listings says which it's not true.
Finally Etsy and PayPal found me right and they closed the cases too.
Now her feedback says she don't recommend my shop
I'm sorry that it was'nt a pleasant transaction.But it is'nt my fault.I keep my copyrights
