A beautiful AntiqueJefferson-Reticulated Opalescent Green Glass Bon Bon/Bowl-Wild Rose Pattern-With Reticulated RimCirca-1900-1907. The pattern and molds for this delightful piece were sold to H. Northwood during 1908 as the Jefferson Glass company moved from Stubenville OH, to Follansbee WV, five miles away. The Northwood company also purchased molds form Dugan and others during the very early 1900's. After 1908 and the Jefferson move to Follansbee WV, Northwood used the molds and patterns for Carnival Glass.

From 1900 to 1907 Jefferson Glass specialized in Opalescent Glass and after selling molds for some patterns, the company continued making non-opalescent crystal until the company closed in 1933.

This magnificent serving piece was popular as a Bon Bon Serving Dish, Card Receiver, and for table service of ones choosing.

A truly Wild Rose measuring 8 1/4" Wide at widest x 2 1/2" Tall. I prefer the sheer beauty and elegance than the contents served in ths serving piece. Well suited to Victorian Home Decor and many others as well.
