Okay, so here's the thing about game days: most young athletes just show up and hope. The ones who level up walk in with ONE focus, and walk out with one lesson. That's what these pages do.

Two minutes before the game, three honest minutes after: one focus the athlete controls, then the wins and the one thing to work on. From a sports coach, for any sport.

WHAT'S INSIDE (18 pages):
• 25 game day pages: a full season of smarter game days
• 2 minutes before each game: ONE focus the athlete controls
• 3 minutes after: three honest wins + one thing to work on next
• An effort score. Not the scoreboard
• Game 25 "The Big One": a full page for the biggest game of the season
• The Reset: a 5-step routine for tough games and big mistakes
• My Personal Reset: the athlete makes the routine their own
• Season Review: the whole season, in the athlete's own handwriting

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Purchase and download instantly. 2 PDF files (US Letter + A4)
2. Print at home: 2 games per sheet, 13 sheets cover the whole season
3. One focus before every game. One honest look after. That's the system. Not easy. Do it anyway.

WHO IT'S FOR:
• Athletes ages 13 to 18, any team sport: soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, hockey and more
• Parents who want a better post-game question than "did you win?" (try: "what was your focus today?")
• Team moms and coaches: print a set for every player. Fits a gift bag, costs less than a sticker sheet

Do yourself a favor and pair it with The Young Athlete's Mindset & Goals Journal in my shop. These pages are the game day system; the journal adds season goals, identity pages and monthly check-ins.
