Yes! I accept returns as long as the item is UNUSED, returned in the same condition as it was sent, and you contact me about the return within 10 days of receiving the item.

You will receive a refund of the purchase price only, shipping will not be refunded. You pay the return shipping. If your order contained "free shipping" the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

I self-insure my packages. This means each item has an extra $0.25 included in the shipping price to cover insurance. If your package is lost or damaged by the postal service please contact me right away.

If your package is lost I require a waiting period of 2 weeks after the estimated arrival date for domestic packages, and 3 weeks after the estimated arrival date for international packages before refunds will be given. This waiting period is standard in the insurance industry and necessary to be sure that the package is not simply delayed. I am required by law to collect sales taxes for all purchases made in the state of Nevada. In Nevada each county charges a different tax rate. The way etsy sets up sales tax collections makes it difficult to get the correct rate charged for each individual county. To make things simple I will be charging you the highest tax rate in the state, 8.15%, after the transaction(or each quarter) I will calculate the correct percentage for your county and refund you the difference, if there is one.
