Description

I am a little in love with these ears! They are furry and fun, and the best part is you get to choose what type of ears you would like. You have the choice of flowered ears or plain.

All of the ears are made the same way. They are made with soft white fur and a soft tan fur. The ears have a wire in them so that you can mold them to your liking. They can both be straight, or bent, or one of each. They come on a hard headband that has been wrapped with beautiful tan satin ribbon that matches to the tan fur.

The floral ears come with a bunch of faux flowers in a variety of colors and types. There are also some leaves mixed in to provide texture. **~~PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FLOWERS MAY NOT LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME ON EVERY PAIR OF EARS. THERE WILL BE VARIATIONS, BUT WILL RESEMBLE THE ONES PICTURED.~~** These ears are perfect for a woodland creature costume. I love them with the flowers!

The plain ones come with just the ears on the headband. There are no embellishments on these. They are perfect for any bunny costume!

FAQs

Coupon codes are listed in the announcements section of my shop when I am having a sale. You could also follow me on Instagram to see upcoming sales and coupon codes. I will also list Instagram specific codes. I am pearlsandtulle on there as well.

Coupon codes must be entered at the time of check out to receive the discount. Some coupon codes will have purchase minimums, such as a $5 purchase minimum. I cannot apply coupon codes after the purchase has already gone through.

When you check out, you will see a place to enter the code. Enter it there and your discount will be applied.
The processing time for each item varies. Feel free to message me if you need an item processed quickly or by a certain date. When you order, you will be given a "Ship By" date on your form. I will have your item in the mail no later than the date on your form.
I will ship no later than the date on your receipt, so please pay close attention to that.

I pay close to packaging. I try to make each package special as I believe each item is special. I believe in the term "Happy Mail"!

I am not liable for any item that is lost or damaged in the mail. Once the package is dropped off at the Post Office, it is no longer under my control.

I will ship the item to the exact address that is given at check out. Please make sure this address is correct. I am not responsible if this address is entered incorrectly. If you want the item shipped to a different address than what is listed, just message me and I am happy to help.
I will provide you with a customs form number in your shipping notification.

For international packages, I am not responsible for items stuck or damaged in customs. I will provide you with as much information as possible to help you get your package, but I will not be able to refund your payment. If you would like to purchase another item to replace it, I am happy to make another one for you.
Custom and personalized orders are welcomed and loved. If you don't see the item you are looking for, please message me and I would be glad to create your ideal item.

Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Once a design is agreed upon and the items have been started, you must purchase those items as is. Changes can be made throughout the creating process, but this could require the purchasing of fees to cover costs. Agreeing upon the items is your acknowledgement and agreement to follow all my policies and pay what is required for these special items. These items are made just for you and tailored to your needs.
Gift wrapping is available. Please message me or leave some instructions in the notes as you check out. I am happy to help. If you would like to purchase an item and send it to a different person, please make sure I am aware of the address.
First, decide where you want the tutu to sit on your body. This could be on your natural waist, low on the hips, or anywhere in between. I usually recommend measuring where you wear your pants.

Once you decide where you want the tutu to sit, measure with a tape measure. Try not to have the tape measure pulled too tight, or with any gaps. You want to be comfortable in your tutu. Once you have your measurement, order according to that number. For the children's sizes, there are charts within each listing that will help you find your number. For the adult sizes, the numbers are listed with each size in the drop down menu.

Once you place an order, I will accept a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. I can also make alterations to your order once purchased, just message me. For example, if you ordered the wrong size, need extra length, etc. Message me within 24 hours of your order. Additional fees will apply and need to be purchased for me to make the alteration.

Due to each tutu being made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Special circumstances apply. If you ordered a custom item, I will not be able to issue a return or accept an exchange.

Once your order has been shipped, I cannot apply a cancellation, return, or exchange. I will not longer have control over your item once it is in the hands of the postal service.
