# EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within **14 days** of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

This right applies to eligible products purchased from KayruDen through Etsy.

## How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please contact us through **Etsy Messages** within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase.

You may use the withdrawal form provided below, although using this form is not mandatory. A clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the item back to us without undue delay and no later than **14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw**.

## Return Conditions

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. If the value of the item has been reduced because it was handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may be entitled to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

The buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or otherwise does not conform to the order.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until the return has been completed.

## Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund without undue delay.

Where required by applicable EU consumer law, the refund will include the standard delivery charge originally paid for the order. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide evidence that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

## Custom and Personalized Orders

The statutory right of withdrawal does **not generally apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized goods**.

This includes products that have been specifically customized, personalized, or produced according to information, specifications, or designs provided by the buyer.

Such orders cannot normally be cancelled or returned under the EU 14-day withdrawal right, unless the product is defective, damaged, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection rights.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The EU right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible and provide photographs or other relevant information so that we can help resolve the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.
