When will my order ship?

The processing time is 2-5 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) before an order ships depending on current order volume. Processing time for custom text orders is 3-7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). A ship by date is included on your Etsy order confirmation. Upgrade shipping options at checkout does not change the processing time. If you need something by a specific date, please send me an Etsy message prior to ordering to confirm it will ship in time.

A size chart is available on the listing photos (measurements are in inches.) If you have any additional questions, please send a message. Returns or exchanges are not accepted as the items are made to order, so please make sure to refer to the size chart when ordering.

Does the shirt come with the sleeves rolled up or tied?

Shirt sleeves will not be rolled up or come tied. The photo is shown as a way the shirt may be worn. Also props on display photos are not included with purchase. The listing is for the shirt only.

Custom and personalized orders

If you would like a custom order or to add a name on a shirt, please send me a message prior to ordering. If you just leave a note on the order, this may delay the processing time as I will need to confirm with you before any personalization can be made.

I received my order and there is an error. How can this be resolved?

If there is a mistake with your order and the error is my fault, please notify me within 3 days of delivery. If the mistake is on my end, we are happy to send a replacement. However, proof of the error will be required.

I ordered the wrong size or wrong shirt color.

Due to the items being made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted if a wrong color or size is purchased. Please refer to the size charts available on each listing or message with any sizing questions before purchasing. If you would like to see a mockup of a certain shirt color, please message before purchasing.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best.

When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside out. Do not iron the print.
