TRUE SELECTION COST

The app calculates more than the sticker price:

Selection total = quantity × unit cost + shipping + tax + installation

That total is then compared with the category allowance so you can see the remaining budget or overage before approving the choice.

STATUS-AWARE ALLOWANCES

• Selected, Ordered and Delivered choices consume the category allowance
• Quoted, Researching, Not Started and Cancelled choices do not consume it
• Category remaining = allowance − selected cost
• A negative result means the category is over allowance

DECISION AND DELIVERY CONTROL

The attention queue brings together overdue decisions, upcoming selection deadlines and delivery risks. Items are shown by urgency so the next required action is visible before it affects the build schedule.

The app runs locally in your browser after download. Your project records are stored in that browser's local storage; the seller cannot see or recover them. Internet access is only needed to download the files.

COMPATIBILITY

Designed for current desktop versions of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari. Mobile browsers, very old browsers, restricted work devices and settings that block local storage may not provide the intended experience.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• This is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped.
• Currency selection changes the symbol and number format only; it does not convert amounts using an exchange rate.
• Clearing browser data, changing browsers, moving or renaming the file, or using another computer can make local records unavailable. Keep dated JSON backups.
• PDF creation uses your browser's print window. Pop-ups may need to be allowed for the local file.
• Screens show sample data for demonstration. Your clean project starts without demo records.

LICENSE

For personal or internal business use by one purchaser. Exported project reports may be shared with the purchaser's project team. The application itself may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed or offered as a service or template.
