Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our products because they are all customized (you pick the color, size, style, sorority, etc.). However if there is a manufacturer defect, we will happily replace the product for you!
Our turnaround time is 3-5 business days once the product is purchased. You can always message us before purchasing and ask us if you can receive the item by a certain date.
Once your order is processed (this occurs the same day you place your order), we will only refund you 50% of the amount you paid. Once your item is made and/or shipped we cannot refund you for that item.
We DO NOT allow returns or exchanges on custom and personalized orders, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
If you message us right after placing an order, we will try and change your order. If you wait longer than a day to change something regarding your order we cannot guarantee anything. Just message us and we will figure something out!
If you message us, we are happy to figure something about regarding rush shipping an order. However, you need to message us before placing the order. Please do not put in the notes that you need it by a certain date without messaging us first.

We do not guarantee delivery dates with usps, we only guarantee delivery dates if you pay to have to the item shipped via FedEx.
Once a package shows delivered we are unable to refund you your money, or send you a new product. We are not responsible for lost packages. We do recommend talking with the front desk of wherever you live, or getting in contact with USPS.
Yes, we can customize almost all of our items in our shop. Please send us a message prior to purchasing and we can let you know if we can make the changes you are wanting.

If we can make the changes you are wanting, you HAVE TO PUT what you want in the notes to seller at checkout. We will make the order EXACTLY how the order is placed. We are not responsible if you do not put what the special requests that we approved in the notes to seller.

If you do not message us prior to placing your order, we are not responsible for making the changes to your order that you left in the notes to seller. You HAVE to message us prior to placing your order.
Here are a few helpful tips we have!

-Clean the surface you are applying it to
-Before pealing the clear transfer tape, rub it with a credit card
-After placing your decal where you like it, rub it before pulling the transfer tape off
-If it is hot where you live, we recommend not applying the decal until the evening when it is cooler
If the product you receive has a manufacturer defect we are more than happy to fix it! You must send the item back and we will fix it. We will NOT send you a new product until we receive the original product. We must be contacted within 72 hours of receiving the product, and when the product is returned their must be no signs of the product being used. When replacing the damaged item, we do not allow you to change the design/size/color. We will only replace it with the EXACT same item you purchased.
