🔧 HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the workbook and type your ticket, your capture rate, your food cost and your minimum profit into the amber cells. Replace the sample permit dates with yours.
2. Run every event through Go or No Go. The sample event at 1,500 people and a $14.00 ticket makes $1,680.00 in sales and $318.36 of profit, so NO GO; type 2,500 people and it is $1,006.60, GO.
3. Fill the recap sheet the night of each event and type it into the Event Log. After five events the capture rate is yours, and the calculator predicts your events instead of a sample.
