How do I send my baby's photo?

For photo designs, upload it in the "Photo of your baby" field at checkout. To change it, send the new photo through Etsy Messages as soon as possible.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo with your baby's face in focus; the original file from your phone is best. If a photo won't print clearly, I'll message you before production.

Which birth details should I include?

Follow the personalization fields on the listing you choose; the details needed vary by design. Birth-stat designs generally ask for the baby's name, birth date, time, weight, and length, with city and state optional. Some designs also ask for a birth month, two names and two birth dates, or an optional zodiac sign. If your listing includes a photo field, upload the photo there. Enter names, dates, units, and spelling carefully as you want them shown. If you are unsure what your design needs, message me before ordering.

Yes, on request. Message me after you order, and I'll send a digital proof within 2 business days. Up to 2 rounds of corrections are included, and your canvas is printed exactly as approved.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. You can correct details until your canvas is submitted for production.

Do you accept returns?

Returns and exchanges aren't accepted on personalized canvases. If something's wrong, see the damage or mistake and missing order questions below.

What if my canvas arrives damaged or has a mistake?

Message me with photos within 14 days of delivery. Damage, defects, or my mistakes get a free replacement. If a detail was entered incorrectly, I can offer a discounted replacement.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date shown on your Etsy order, contact me through Help with order so I can review the tracking and investigate. You do not need to wait 30 days to contact me. If the issue remains unresolved, Etsy may allow you to open a case once its eligibility requirements are met. Qualifying orders may receive a refund through Etsy Purchase Protection. Any discounted replacement offered by this shop is optional and does not replace your access to Etsy's case process or applicable buyer protections.

How long until it arrives?

Your canvas is made to order and ships within the processing time shown at checkout. Etsy shows an estimated delivery date; transit times aren't guaranteed.
