EU consumer right of withdrawal

Etsy's "No returns or exchanges" and "Cancellations: not accepted" notices for digital items do not override your statutory consumer rights.

If you are an EU consumer, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, unless you have lost that right under the conditions below. These rules also apply to our personalised downloadable PDFs.

For downloadable digital content, you lose this right when downloading begins only if you previously expressly agreed to supply beginning before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and received confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as an email. Merely purchasing a file or receiving a download link does not by itself meet these conditions.

To withdraw, send ARLing s. r. o. a clear statement through Etsy Messages, by email to support@arling.sk, or by post to Ivanska cesta 19112/32E, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia. Identify the purchase; an order number is helpful but not compulsory. Sending your statement before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.

Etsy also provides an online withdrawal option through "Help With Order" in your order history. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

If you validly withdraw, we will refund all payments for the cancelled purchase without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging you a refund fee. There is no physical item to return and no return postage. Where the conditions for losing your withdrawal right were not met, you will not be charged for digital content already supplied. After withdrawal, you must stop using or sharing the files.

Problems with a file

If a file is missing, faulty or not as described, contact us through Etsy Messages or support@arling.sk. Your statutory rights concerning digital content remain unaffected by downloading, personalisation or loss of the change-of-mind withdrawal right. Depending on the circumstances, these rights include having the content brought into conformity free of charge, a price reduction or termination with a refund.
