Most landlord spreadsheets assume you don't live in the building. I do, and when you live there too, every shared bill, the mortgage and your taxes have to be split between your rental and your home. This planner does that split for you, then turns it into a budget, an investing plan and an organized Schedule E worksheet for tax time.
