Once the mockup has been approved, I'm unable to process cancellations. Please review your design carefully before approval to ensure it meets your expectations.

How can I return/exchange my order?

Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized, non-clearance items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Refunds and exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. ❌ Personalized and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me before leaving a review. I value open communication and appreciate the opportunity to address the issue and help find a solution whenever possible.

Please note that I answer messages, prepare, and ship orders only on business days (Monday to Friday) — weekends are not included.

Shipping, Delivery Time & Delays

All orders outside the U.S. are shipped from Ukraine. International shipping can be unpredictable, and delays may occur at customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes subject to your local postal service. Please double-check your order details and spelling, as I’m not responsible for errors provided by the buyer (such as incorrect names or addresses). Postage and packing charges are non-refundable, unless the error is on my part. Shipping fees are also non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.
