WHY THE EXTERIOR IS IN HERE
Most home maintenance planners stop at the front door. I install drainage for a living, and almost every expensive surprise a homeowner has starts as a cheap water problem outside that nobody wrote down — an overflowing gutter, a downspout discharging two feet from the wall, soil that settled against the house. The seasonal lists and the Water Page put that on the same footing as the furnace filter.
