Q: Do I get Google Sheets* and Excel*, and how does the download work?
A: Yes, you get both. Your instant download includes (1) a PDF named "Google Sheets Download Link" with a one-click link that makes your own private copy in your Google Drive*, (2) the Excel* file (.xlsx, Excel* 2016 or newer) with "Excel" in its name, and (3) an Instructions PDF. Both templates arrive blank and ready for your own printers, materials and prices.

Q: I'm not a spreadsheet person. Will I break the formulas?
A: It is built for beginners. You only type in the green cells. Grey cells hold the formulas, and if you try to change one you get a warning first (nothing is locked, so you stay in control). Every row already has its formulas, dropdowns handle printers, materials and statuses, and the Instructions PDF shows how to resize cells and undo mistakes.

Q: Does it work for resin printers and multi-part cosplay builds?
A: Yes. Quick Quote takes up to 20 printed parts per quote, perfect for helmets and armor printed in many pieces. Each part has its own printer and material (FDM filament or resin), grams including supports, print hours and copies. The failed-print buffer defaults to 5% for FDM and 10% for resin (editable), and the Printers tab includes resin wear parts like FEP film, LCD screens and IPA.

Q: How is the price calculated, and are Etsy fees included?
A: Material by weight (with waste), electricity, machine wear, a failed-print buffer, your design and labor hours, supplies, packaging and overhead are added up. Then your sales channel's fees (Etsy, Etsy + Offsite Ads, PayPal, Stripe, Shopify, Square, cash or custom) and your profit margin are built into the suggested price, plus a rush fee if you want one. A price check flags LOSING MONEY or UNDERCHARGING below your minimum hourly rate, and you get Raw kit, Primed and Fully painted prices side by side.

Q: What are the limits?
A: It is a manual-entry spreadsheet: you type grams and print hours from your slicer (no G-code import, no app syncing). Defaults are US $ and can be changed to your currency. The channel fee defaults are editable starting points, so check them against your own shop fees.
