Q: What software and devices do I need?
A: Google Sheets* works in any web browser and in the free Google Sheets* app on iPhone, iPad and Android with a free Google account. The Excel* file works in Microsoft* Excel* 2019 or newer (including Microsoft 365*) on Mac* and Windows*.

Q: Is it beginner friendly, and what if I break a formula?
A: Yes. Green cells are where you type, grey cells calculate automatically, and blue cells hold your settings. If you try to type over a formula, the spreadsheet warns you first. Nothing is locked, so you stay in full control, and the Instructions PDF shows how to undo mistakes.
